Cavalry's Carpet Cleaning Process

We use a six step process which is much more thorough than any of our competitor's, an additional two steps are recommended if needed, I will explain; We start by arriving prompt and greeting you. Next, we do a pre-inspection walk thru with you to identify any special areas of concern. Step two is to vacuum thoroughly. Step three is to precondition and pre spot those special areas identified in the walk through. Step four involves heat and agitation shaking loose any embedded soil. Step five is to steam clean or dry clean and deodorize the area, neutralizing and leaving no residue. Step six is an overlap double-dry vacuuming process leaving your carpet drier and cleaner for longer. Step seven is to apply Soil and Stain Protector for easier vacuuming, spot cleaning and longer life of the carpet. Step eight is to apply or sanitize carpet neutralizing germs and/ or bacteria.
